Need some benching ram, Suggestions?

Since I got a nice E8500 ES on loan and I don't wanna pop my Buffalo Firestix running them too hard, I've been thinking about getting some higher speed benching ram for messing with high FSB's.

I've been thinking about the OCZ FlexXLC but i'm NOT a big fan of OCZ.

Gill you can find it cheaper elsewhere tho 😛

but i say go for reapers. Those ram's have alu inside.

FlexXLC is cheaper and I probably won't hook it to my loop. I looked at the Reaper before also. I'd HIGHLY prefer not to get OCZ, i've had many issues with that brand in the past. Cost per MHz though, they are hard to beat.

hmm, newegg has some 1066 ballistix tracers for $50 AR.

I've been reading to many horror stories about Ballistix dying, even had some DDR2800 die on me, not the same stuff we grew to know and love. I have heard good things about this;

Yeah, my brother kills ballistix in batches. I may try the OCZ reaper, we'll see what else I run across though.
