Need some Auction advice

Okay, I need some advice about an item I sold on FleaBay. The buyer has a feedback rating of 24, and they are all positive. He paid me through Paypal, lives in Canada, and wants me to mail it to a Mailbox International in Blaine, WA. It's a $250 item and I'm not proteced from chargebacks from buyers outside the US. I know I am right to be cautious, but am I being overly-worried? As I said, his feedback is spotless.

Although it's not required by Paypal I always make sure that:
They send NON-CREDIT CARD Paypal
They are a VERIFIED Paypal member
They have a Paypal CONFIRMED shipping address

To protect yourself make sure to follow Paypal's seller protection policy.

Yeah, that's my point, I know I won't be protected and it was a credit card payment, but his feedback looks perfect.

Wait, it gets better. I requested the user information from Fleabay and it this is what it said:

User ID: dr.wish
Name: charles ,odyssey
Company:
City: mapleridge
State: British Columbia
Country: Canada

However, this is what Paypal shows:
Name:
dae yun hwang (The sender of this payment is Non-U.S. - Verified)
Email:
odysseycharles@shaw.ca

😕

With a bank payment, they can't do a charge back. which means they make up some bogus complaint to their credit card company and the amount is charged back from your account. In a lot of cases as a seller you are protected, if you meet certain criteria. In this case I'm not, but it seems like a reputable buye, until I noticed the name difference as well.

rossman, why non-credit card payments?

2 reasons
1) I have a personal account and cannot accept credit card payments, I could upgrade but that means even more FEES!
2) I'm paranoid that if they pay using a credit card they could dispute the charges with their cc and paypal reclaims the funds.
