I purchased a network in a box from Sohoware and it has worked great. It also wasn't very expensive (on sale for US$60 at Fry's Electronics). Key things to look for are 10/100 switching which is really common with the cards but you need to pay attention to the hub if you want to run at the higher 100 Mbps. Netgear likes to play a game where it says it is easily upgradable to 100 Mbps but it actually isn't in the box and requires you to buy a new hub. Even 10 Mbps would be enough to route DSL though.

Your going to need CAT5 network cables, one from your DSL modem to the router, one from the router to PC1, and one more from the router to PC2. Any computer store should have these cables in different lengths.
