Need some advice please help a fella out!!!!!

Well first of all, I was just wondering how reliable the Planetupgrade.com site is???? cos they have real cheap celerons, for around 65 bucks. Next if I buy one, what are the chances that I will get a CCO??? LASTLY AND MOST IMPORTANT
where can I get a PCI card whos only function is tv out and maybe tv in so i can hook my comp to the tv and watch my "dvd" movies???? Thanks

Never heard of them (not a good sign). Looked them up on resellerratings.com and they weren't there (definitely a bad sign). I personally wouldn't buy from them, but I'm cautious in my online dealings.

No idea. Slim to very good depending on a lot of factors. Phone them up, maybe?

I don't think that there are cards that I've ever heard of that just do TV-out. Either they are bundled with the video card, or they are bundled with a video capture board.

A couple weeks ago I ordered 192 MB of PC133 RAM from them for $90 including shipping. It was delivered promptly, and the RAM works. I have no complaints.
