need some advice on what 17" monitor to get

Hey guy's. My 2'nd Dell Refurb. gave out on me last week :disgust:. I'm not really interested in geting another one of those so I figured I'd
spring for a brand new monitor, but as I thought about it I realized I have no clue what to buy. I'd like to keep the price around 300 to 350,
(or less of course). I like gaming so good picture quality is a must. Your suggestions are much appreciated

if u really want a nice monitor for gaming, check out the viewsonic ps775. I have one & the colors are much better/vibrant/better overall images then other 17'' monitors. It's about $250 on price watch w/out shipping. I just bought a 19'' monitor so i'm selling mine if u want it for $190.

For 300-350 you can get a good 19 inch monitor too... but i agree with Samsung or Sony
