need some advice on speakers

i found some speakers at walmart on sale, like this but they were the 200watt version, what you guys think of using this with my a7n8x deluxe s/pdif to bypass that realtek chip crap in gaming and music, or do these speakers suck? but i am mainly buying it to decode dolby digital signal

also, is coaxial digital the same as s/pdif?
