Need some advice on P4 chipsets

I would like to know what Intel Pentium 4 chipsets are out there and what the +'s and -'s are of each, their strengths and weaknesses. Also, what socket sizes are available on them and what type of memory they use. Also, if you have any links, let me know.
Also, how is SIS? What is their overall reputation? How are their P4 offerings?
Finally, what chipsets are best for stability/reliability?

The two Intel P4 chipsets to look at are the I850 which uses RDRAM, and the I845-D which supports DDR (PC1600&PC2100).
Newer P4 is socket 478 the older was socket 423, you'd want a socket 478 Northwood desiginated by the A after the number (1.6A for example).
The SIS645 has a good rep and lots of buzz today over the upcoming 645DX, look for NSF4's thread on that.
