My legs are a bit thin in proportion to the rest of my body (I'm not a freak or anything ;), and I need to strengthen them up. What are some good muscle building workouts I can do, at home or work preferably. I know there are a few atheletes here, let me hear it.

Thanks,
Chris

One legged squats are great for legs, easily done at home, with no weight or light weight (bucket of paint or something.)

Linky

Matter of fact, all the excercises on that page and the links on that page will do wonders for your legs.

squats basically... if you have any freeweights lying around just do some dips for your hamstrings/quads, and calves should be fine with running/jump rope

basic kung fu stance, knees bent, head looking forward while throwing punches. have someone kicking your legs while you're at it.

Running!!!! Do this on off days when not lifting weights.

Also, toe raises aree a nice target exercise if done properly. You shouldn't need more than three exercises for the legs. Truth is, you should be able to do all your leg muscles with 1 or 2 exercises. Do target exercises in three years, if you are still lifting weights.
