Your mechanics suggestion sounds good to me.

I don't like to negotiate with car salesmen. I'm impatient and it takes too long etc.

I'm posting it because it's one of those dealerships with the price on the car window, no negotiation. Period

They sell a ton of cars, so their prices are decent. Going there to look up the price of the car you want should give you a good baseline estimate of what you should pay and help you in negotiations.
