Need some advice for 6800GT

Sorry for posting this in 2 forums. I made a mistake and put this on the Case and Cooling. I'm having trouble removing the small power plug from my 6800GT, i'm trying to install a NV silencer on it. But the plug just won't budge. Any advice appreciated.
