Need some .15/.12 R/C car engine reccomendations

well im pretty sure my .15CV-X is kaput, and i would like to replace it. the one way bearing is gone and the piston is gone cuz i have no compression, so instead of paying like $60 for just the parts, i would like to replace the whole engine.

im looking at O.S. engines, but i dont know what else are good.

im looking at the O.S. .12 CV-RX for $124 at towerhobbies, or the .15CV-X again, although the R-X has more power and seems like a nicer engine all around.

just wondering what i should get.

do yourself a favor and see if you can get a .21 to fit. My Schumacher Nitro Fusion is running the .21 and its awesome. Unless you race your car, then the .21's are still outlawed in most competitions.

its an HPI NMT and that would require a conversion kit. i dont know if i really want to convert it to .21 or not however. the car has seen its prime and what not already.
