i seen somewhere on here a little proggy that checked the dye and maker of cd-r's
and would apreciate if someone could point me to it.

the problem i am having is with 90 minute cd's
90 min. 870 megs is written all over them but i cant get anything to overburn onto them
with message "insert a cd with a higher capacity"
ive tried:
nero
cdr-win
adaptec ezcd
and fire burner
they all give me the same crap:(

Does your burner even support overburning? Some don't... especially ones that are a few years old.

n8magic: my plextor is listed as a supported drive for 99 minute burning

bacillus: that's what i needed THANKS !! :)

unfortunatly thes 90 minute cd's read the same as a 80 minute with a nominal capacity of 702.82 megs
