Need Socket A w/400FSB, Dual Chan DDR400, IDE RAID, any suggestions?

I haven't built a box for a while, and I'm unfamiliar with the latest offerings out there, so I'm looking for suggestions.

I want to put an XP 3200+ down on a mb with a 400FSB, Dual Chan DDR400, IDE RAID 133. Is there a board out there that has the RAID onboard? Or should I go buy a card to get the RAID and get a more standard board (A7N8X?)...?

MSI's K7N2 Delta ILSR has on board RAID which works pretty nicely. I'm very happy with it. Although it probably isn't the best board for overclocking, it has a very rich feature set...

MSI's K7N2 Delta has SATA RAID. I need IDE RAID. ???
