Need Socket A heatsink recommendation

Hi all, I'm looking for a decent Socket A heatsink and fan that don't cost too much (preferably under $25 shipped, but this is somewhat flexible). The most important characteristics are the following (all 3 factors are about equal in weight): price, low noise, and cooling capability. Could I get a few recommendations please?
 
I have one of these and it works nicely (nearly silent when you set it at 1500RPM), but it can't carry over to another system like the 7000B above (if you get a 7000, you have to make sure it's either the A or B variant--the original does not work with Socket A).
