In my opinion after going through a total of 4 nf4 ultra boards i have found the asus a8n-e to be the best all around board out.the layout is perfect and the bios mature.it o/clocks well and is rock stable even when o/clocked.it beats the msi, abit and gigabyte boards hands down.in six months of running this board it has done nothing wrong.it sets up easy and all in all its as close to being a perfect motherboard as i have ever used.it comes with a 3 yr warranty and asus is known for stable platforms.it seems all the other brands i used had problems in some way..the abit was very unstable, the gigabyte nf4 chipset ran so hot is was scary and ram slots were too close together and heatspredders bound up so there was no airgap between them.the msi wasnt bad but has usb issues and 1 ram slot went dead before the board died completely.i have found out the abit an8 ultra is a pretty good board.the layout is horrible but you can probubly work around it if your an abit fan.well look at the asus a8n series of boards and give them consideration as they have become a stable, fast, dependable motherboard.just my opinion from my experience with these boards.i use alot of motherboards yearly as i build custom systems for people so i use a variety of boards and the asus a8n series is in my mind is proven to be the best out for the nf4 boards.now if you are looking for the absolute best for o/clocking the last possible mhz then the dfi boards do that but you have to know what your doing setting up those boards and require certain hardware to achieve good results.......good luck on your choise
