*EDIT*: D'oh, I forgot, you're in the UK. Try to find the products listed below at UK retailers (I have no clue who operates in the UK).

Looks fine. I would recommend faster memory, though. Check out one of these three (all prices are before mail-in rebates):
$220 - OCZ Platinum XTC 2GB(2x1GB) DDR2-800 (4-5-4-15): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227089 <-- I have this one
$230 - OCZ Platinum XTC Rev.2 2GB(2x1GB) DDR2-800 (4-4-4-15): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227139
$200 - G.Skill 2GB(2x1GB) DDR2-800 (4-4-4-12): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231087

Have you considered any third-part heatsinks? They're often quieter and better than the stock heatsinks.
For CPU:
$50 - Zalman CNPS9500-LED: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835118223 <-- I have this one
$50 - Tuniq Tower 120: http://www.xoxide.com/tuniq-t-120-hsf.html <-- also popular

For Graphics Card:
$35 - Zalman VF900-Cu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835118001 <-- I have the LED version of this

Very nice setup. Looks like it should all go pretty well. However, I don't believe that there is much point in crossfire unless you are playing at very high resolutions. Also, with that rig, the RAM really isn't that great. I would say to ditch one of the graphics cards (possibly get the HIS IceQ 3 X1900XT - very nice card) and then get some nice overclockable RAM with some very good timings. The other thing I would say is that the Shark case hasn't had particularly good reviews and in my personal opinion the Armour is nicer, but that is up to you.

I have the shark case. Its eh. The lights are nice on the front and it has good construction, but I think the grill on the side of the case slows the flow of air from to the rear
