Need site for MS NT server ed....

I'm getting a new job soon and I need a site for learning as much as possible about MS NT Server 4 and possibly Exchange 5, what I need is not a troubleshooting site, but rather a step by step do it learn it yourself starting guide.

Any good comments?
 
I'd recommend a book. Maybe one by Sybex, I've had good experiences with their Windows books (I have one by IDG for Server4 but it's for working towards the MCSE cert). Another name is New Riders, have a couple of those as well for other things (Server 4 Enterprise for instance). HTH.
