Need SiS 180 Raid drivers for Win64

Can't find the SATA/Raid drivers I need for a new install of Windows 64. I found the latest drivers from Sis, but when I try to load them from a floppy on a new install, I'm told I'm missing the "Txtsetup.oem" file. Any help would be very much appreciated!!

You probably need to contact ASRock Tech Support for the correct
driver as the SIS posted drivers contain only the INF and SYSTEM file.

They may have an OEM Specific driver.

I"ve already tried finding it on their website, and I sent them an email No luck so far. Still waiting. Sigh!!

That download is for 32-bit Windows and doesn't work with Win64. I don't know if it's possible to use the TXTSETUP.OEM file with other 64 bit drivers, but I'm going to try. If ASRock would answer my email maybe I could find the files I need!
