Need SIMPLE shopping cart

What is the SIMPLEST shopping cart you have seen. I do not need to track individual customers so no logins, no order history, no tracking...payments processed manually and it would be read from an Access DB.

Basically put items....Click checkout....enter shipping and payment info (all on one screen) and click Finish and it's done.
