Need sete3260.dll for Real Player Install

It says I need this file. I tried real.com and they had a step-by-step "fix" for this but I didn't even have half the stuff it said I would have. I did a search for this on altavista nad the only links I found are other people trying to install Real Player 8 who cant because they're missing this file. So... can someone send it to me?

What they're really saying at real.com is to uninstall any previous version of Real Player first, then run the new installer:

Are you saying you've NEVER had any version of Real Player installed? The reason I ask is that it's possible there's some old remnant left over from another version in your registry.

If you don't have Norton Utilities or Cleansweep or some similar registry cleaner, you should try the freebie from Microsoft called Regclean. Get it here:

Make sure you run it a few times in a row until it says it didn't find any errors. Then you know it's made a full sweep. Then, try and reinstall RealPlayer.

I had Real Player Plus 7, but I uninstalled it and deleted all the registry things. I also arn regclean but it still won't install Real Player 8.

Well, at this point, here's what I'd try...reinstall RealPlayerPlus 7.
Then, after that installs, try installing RealPlayer 8 over the top of it. (in other words, reinstall then don't uninstall realplayer7plus. Just try installing 8 once 7 is installed.)
