i need to find a website that explains each service that is on server 2003

i am trying to disabled uneccessary services
 
blackviper is like snakeoil...

why do you need to disable services on your server? Other then security (and it's decently secure with SP1 out of box) there isn't much reason.
 
If this is for security purposes than on your server run the little configuration tool that appears on the desktop after installing SP1 to reduce your attack surface.

There was a stickied post a while back about how bad the BV site was, I wish they would have left that up.
