Need seperate Bookmark tool from Xmarks!

Ok been awhile since I used any bookmark organizer besides Xmarks online website mainly for my 2 main browsers Firefox and Chrome and sometimes dump that straight to ie to avoid any syncing problems.

So now I been seeing all kinds of problems with dupes and having different bookmarks showing up only in the browser it was created it.

I tried using some dupe addons removal tools and now I see whole folders removed like I had a folder name Forums and was trying move a bookmark to the folder and its missing!

I have around 2500 at last count bookmarks before the missing folders that is still on the Xmarks server thats why I am not concerned on recovering them and no I did not see any software that could work looking with a quick google hence this post Thanks!

I am surprised that I seem to be the only one thats having this problem managing and syncing your bookmarks between chrome and firefox!

I used to love Xmarks until it kind of merged all my bookmarks and duplicated them, then i had hundreds of links for the same bookmark.

I just use the regular Google Chome / Firefox one for things I wanna check out later, for things I need a lot I either know the link or I have it in KeePass

I have been using the built sync functions of both Firefox and Chrome, have not needed a 3rd party one for a long ime

I just use the regular Google Chrome / Firefox one for things I wanna check out later, for things I need a lot I either know the link or I have it in KeePass

I use Lastpass which does work well with all my browser I use like Firefox Chrome and IE so no problems syncing and storing my passwords.

I had to revert back to Firefox 56 due the newest Firefox is so incompatible with a lot of my addons and makes the new Firefox unusable.

I use 3 browsers mainly Firefox and now Chrome a lot more and rarely IE but still good to be able to have the same bookmarks on all 3 browsers its annoying at the minimal to have keep updating each browser manually I mean for someone that dont use there browser as much as I do you can just sync Firefox and Chrome on there own which to avoid all the problems I am having now thats the method I using now.

There is another syncing addon which as first seem to bee working great but is now having problems as well but it have a nice addon for a great homepage I post the link here.......

You can try to the browser sync might be good with your bookmarks but I really like FVD Speedial addon for Firefox and Chrome!
