Need second opinion on new $540 build

I'm building my mother a new computer. She is excited about Photoshop CS5 and using Windows 7. She also uses her computer for multi-tabbed web browsing and Google Earth. Her computer needs to remain peppy for 3 years or so. She doesn't play any 3D games. It's been a while since I built a computer but this is what I've come up with.

CPU = Core i5-750 @ $195 [free shipping]
Mobo = Intel LGA 1156 P55 Micro ATX @ $100 [shipping = $3]
RAM = OCZ 2 x 2GB DDR3 1333 @ $85 [after $20 rebate] [free shipping]
GPU = EVGA GT 240 1GB 128-bit DDR5 @ $80 [after $20 rebate] [free shipping]
HD = WD Caviar Blue 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB @ $56 [free shipping]
Case = Foxconn MicroATX Mini Tower 350W PSU @ $41 [shipping = $20]

Total = $540

I live in a state with no sales tax or VAT. All prices newegg. I would have listed the links but I've been banned before because someone thought it was spamming.

The free PSU in a $41 case is going to be trash. Get something reasonable like:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811147111 - $30 + $10 shipping
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817256060 $46 + $6 shipping

You might also want an optical drive unless you plan to reuse one.

You can also save a bit of money by going with the Phenom II X4 965 + 785G mobo. The 785G has a decent IGP, so you could dump the discrete GPU entirely. The Core i5 750 is faster, but it may be worthwhile considering that it is slightly cheaper overall and the ability to dump the GPU entirely.
