Ok i bought This scanner which has "Built-in SCSI-II, two 50-pin connectors"

I need to find a controller card and cable that will work with this, a search on ebay wasnt too helpful, i just found older hardware.

Those are links to a controller and cable i found, but it'd be $75+shipping and I KNOW it can be found for cheaper. So basically, my question is where can i get a good card and cable for cheap, and is SCSI II the right kind? Thanks.

You just need a Fast Wide card (minimum) with an external 50-pin plug, but make sure it's compatable with your version of Windows. Cheapest place, probably EGay.

Also, if the scanner doesn't have internal temination via a dip switch or something, you'll need to get a terminator as well if the scanner didn't come with one.

Thanks, i'll look into your suggestions.
<edit> that one at newegg says Ultra SCSI Controller, will it still work? And what type of cable do i need then? </edit>
