Need Scanner to scan black and white sketches, which?

Hi, i like to draw anime and use photoshop to color them in. I need a scanner that can scan good quality scans of these pencil sketches onto the computer. Since its only black and white, is this good enough for that job. I don't need to worry about how good it scans color, as long as it isn't fuzzy but is sharp. Or should I go for something better like the canon lide 30. I really don't wanna spend more than $20 on this. Thanks.
 
Canon makes good scanners (especially the entry-level models). Epson is another that makes good entry-level scanners. You should be able to find older models by either brand at relatively cheap prices.
