Need Router Recommendation

I am moving (because of a divorce) and need to get a new router setup. At this point I am trying to find something inexpensive that would connect to my cable modem from Charter. At the present time I will only have 1 desktop PC connected to the router, but would like to get something wireless as well as I have a tablet that I occasionally bring home from work. I play a lot of online gaming.

I am not sure about distributing of media from a PC at this time. I starting to acquire components to setup a nice home theater.

The router I use now, that I know connects to my Fujitsu Tablet is a LinkSys 2.4Ghz 802.11b Router. I probably could get the same again, but wanted to make sure I didn't miss something new out there.

3 years, it recently died on me, belkin sent me another 1 no questions asked. i'd advise you hook up your gaming pc wired. then use your tablet wirelessly

you get that at circuit city/best buy/comp usa for the same price as amazon

$35 its a great router.
