Need resolution/refresh specs for HP D1182A

I have a 14" HP D1182A monitor (it's atleast VGA) that I need to get resolution and refresh rate specs on, can anyone give me a hand? (HP's site wasn't helpful at all)

That "manual" tells you what those adjustments at the back do (ie: verticle adjust) and other than that is completely useless
