Need replacement software for ATI 550 tuner card.

Looking for a replacement software for snapstream. Also the picture quality is still not as good as my AIW card was, is there any reason for this? I do have my cable line split 4 ways but that should not effect it as it is digital. Correct? (My AIW was on the 4 line split with better reception still than now) Is there any wat to make the picture better? Thanks all!
