Need Replacement Socket 462(A) mATX Motherboard

Hey all,

I am in need of a replacement Socket 462(A) mATX motherboard for an e-Machines system. The CPU that's in it now is a Sempron 3000+. It also needs to support DDR. Can you guys point me to a reputable store? I've looked on Newegg and the only one they have is out of stock, I didn't see any on Tigerdirect, and I would like to avoid getting a motherboard for a customer from eBay if at all possible.

My other option that I'm considering is getting a Socket 754/939/AM2 with CPU combo from Newegg.

Actually I'm thinking about going for this:

But I'm not sure if it comes with a CPU fan or not. I've never ordered a mobo/CPU combo from Newegg to know.

That board does not come with a CPU.

Yes it does, it's preinstalled in the socket with a warranty void if removed sticker on the corner of the CPU. The HSF fan is not shown in the pics for the combo but should be included. The best way to confirm if it does is probably to email/call Newegg to make sure though.

I chatted with a rep. at Newegg and she basically said she wasn't sure. So I'm going to go on the safe side and get a cheap HSF for it.
