Need reliable vendor for pc parts. Please help

I'm looking to build a barebones AMD system. I need a reliable good price vendor. I'm thinking about Astak, but not possitive.
 
When shopping for computer hardware you might search for better prices using one or all of the following:
PriceWatch
iBuyer.net
CNET's ClickTheButton

Always check vendors at ResellerRatings.com, and use only vendors that have at least a 5.0 rating there by a significant number of raters. Remember to check shipping & handling charges before you order, and note the vendors RMA policies. Also note more on-line buying tips here.
Vendors I have found to have reasonable prices & service are MultiWave, buy.com, and CompuCheap ? there are many others.

P.S.
By my criteria above, Astak looks OK.
