OK, I've searched through a few sites here and there, but come to find otu that I don't know a damn thing when it comes to this stuff :)

I'm looking for something in the $600 or less arena. Doesn't need to be anything fancy, but it needs a few features:

-Good indoor/low-light shooting. The camera will mostly be used to take videos of the inside of homes here, and some of these homes are pretty dang dark.
-Prefer to use SD for still-image storage (as we have several pieces of SD media for our digital still camera here -- still imaging isn't really important, but if I'm in a pinch, it'd be nice if it were SD).
-S-video output (and other useful I/O ports): I need an easy way to convert to VHS tapes, because the owners of these homes are annoying that way, but I need to digitally edit them before I send them to tape.
-Once that doesn't focus so tight and actually has a decent wide-angle lens.

Anything that sticks out to anybody?
