Need recommendations on a Network box

Im getting Bellsouth DSL in a few months and need preparations to network 4 computers (4 wired, 1 wireless) (2 on Windows, 2 on Ubuntu Linux). and 1 printer (Has both wired and wireless connectivity built in). I would like 1 box that can act as a DHCP server for my static IP, be a compatible modem for the DSL connection, have at least 4 ethernet ports (Gigabit preferred) and support 802.11b/g. Does a good box like this exist on the consumer level?
