Need recommendations on a economical printer

I'm looking to replace my Epson 820 so I would like to know which printer is as good or better and takes cheap non oem ink cartridge replacements. I print some photo prints but not a lot and Dvd covers.

good question, id like to know as well, i have a few printers i bought off people and use the needle refill kit technique, pretty much any printer will take non oem carts tho i think one my epsons complained about not retail carts
