Need recommendations for which mATX P4 Motherboard to get for HTPC?

Looking for recommendations....

Box will be TIVOing, gaming, watching TV, palying MP3's, etc, etc..... I will be adding a TV/Capture card and some sort of Geforce4 (maybe a value line version like a nVidia GeForce4 MX 420 as long as I can find one with TV out..)

I would like to NOT have integrated video. Integrated Firewire and/or 5.1 sound w/ SPDIF would be nice.... The Soyo SY-P4I FIRE DRAGON looks sweet, I just wish they made an mATX version.

Why not go AMD, the nForce2 mATX boards should be coming out soon.

I thought about that... I have an nforce in my HTPC now and that would be nice but, the 'coming out soon" part that is always a problem. I haven't seen any info or dates...
