Need Recommendations for Nationwide ISP

My ISP is folding. Any recommendations? Are any of the ISPs that offer instant $400 rebates at B&M's any good? My only requirements are no busy signals, nationwide access, at least 2 e-mail accounts and preferably around $15/month for unlimited access. Tx.

I have heard that DeltaNet is a good ISP, but I have no personal experience with them. I know at least one web site that uses the hosting service they offer and the person who runs the site loves DeltaNet <http://www.rjgeib.com> They recently had a name change, but you can still try their website at <http://www.delta.net>. Hope I helped a little bit.

I just switched to earthlink because my previous ISP had "network" problems. I think they were a little more than just shady. Earthlink is a little more expensive but they had no problems with my LAN modem and in fact, I was able to keep my connection open for over 24 hours the other day (not sure why the server kept the connection open but it did).

Another vote for Earthlink. I never get disconnected and I get an additonal 1Mb when I'm downloading compared to other ISPs I've tried. Not to mention connection speeds in the 50's.
