I'm looking for a decent cooler for my new i7 that just mounts like the Intel stock HSF because I am really lazy. Is there any decent ones under $50?

Honestly, I find the pushpins more of a hassle than screwing them in. The selection of push-pin HSF's are really not that great. It's well worth it to get ones requiring a backplate, etc. If you are doing mild OC's to the i7, get a Hyper 212+. Anything higher, get a Mugen 2. If you REALLY want to push your chip, get one of the high end ones like TRUE (Black, Copper, etc.), Megahalem, VenomousX, NH-D14, etc. You shouldn't get high end unless you want to max out your chip's potential.
