Need recommendations for a workstation card

Background info: We are one of the largest Architectural firms in the world. Primary uses are CADD, as well as 3D using FormZ and SketchUp.

For our older AGP machines, we have deployed Quadro FX700 boards for those that needed a beefier vid card.

Our newer desktops are PCI-E based. Looking for something in the $300-400 price range. So far I've found the ATI FireGL V5000 and the nVidia Quadro FX1300.

Anyone have other recommendations? Only major difference I can see between these two is that the ATI supports OpenGL 2.0 and the nVidia uses 1.5.
