Need recommendations for a place in the Poconos for a weekend getaway with my Girlfriend

Hi everyone. I'm looking for some recommendations for a good place in the Poconos to get away for the weekend with my girlfriend sometime. I'd like it to be a romantic/cozy place and have skiing nearby.

Yup, go to Caesars. Everything else is just generally garbage. Well you can alway go to PEEC (Pronounce PEAK - Pocono Eviromental Education Center) 5th grade, and I'll never forget f'ing pine needle pizza!
