Need recommendations for a good 21" CRT

My current NEC 17" A700 has ugly black stripes running down the side of the screen when theres alot of white onscreen; i think it's starting to die. I finally upgraded my comp to something pretty decent for gaming so now ill have to replace this POS monitor.

So far, ive got my eyes on a couple CRT sets for their performance and value. I am going for the Grade-A refurbished route with a 6 month warranty. My budget is around the $200 dollar range (shipped), so i need a good poor-boy's kickass monitor.

21" SONY GDM-5010PT Trinitron V.Flat Screen .25mm oem SUN
21" Sony Trinitron FD IBM P260 655223N DVI SVGA (dual inputs)

Anyone know if DVI input will make a noticeable difference on CRT monitors? Can anyone recommend any specific models? Preferably models that i can find refurbished? I wasn't able to find any Mitsubishi diamondtron 21"s that can fit my budget. If anyone can recommend me some good online stores for refurbished monitors that be great too.

in the following order, however finding a refurb for 200$ will be next to impossiable for most 21in+ CRT monitors, why not go for a new/refurb 19in or just wait and save money

Oh you'd be surprised at the prices refurb 21" monitors are going for noawadays. The ones that i listed can be found for $200-250 *shipped* online. Thats for Grade-A refurb with a 6 month warranty!
