Need Recommendations: Contractor and property manager in the Atlanta, GA Area

My rental property got broken in to and vandalized. I need a contractor to fix it up and get it back in rental condition. Does anybody know any reputable, affordable, contractors in the area? Also, I may need to change property managers. Any advice? THANKS!
