Need recommendation on TV tuner card

I'm currently at university without a television set - any recommendations on a good TV tuner card with decent (not bloated) drivers/software?

I'm currently thinking about this product: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16815116625 - any opinions? I'm guessing that all I have to do to watch television is to plug in the card, hook up a cable from the wall jack to the card and run the included software?

If anyone has any other suggestions on what to get, I'm looking for something under $150. Don't really care about HD support since this the cable in the dorms is basic SD.

Edit: I should mention that a card that has XP x64 support would be nice.

I'm using an ATI TV Wonder 650 that I got for about $100 at compusa. It does a great job even with regular tv (have it running on a Westinghouse 37W3).

I also use BeyondTV but the tv tuner card comes with tv software. Haven't tried it.

I don't know if it supports XP x64 though....
