I've recently upgraded my PC (almost everything) to a Athlon XP 1800+. I got a GlobWin SAK38 with it because it is relative cheap and according to tomshardware it is quite as well. ( I don't read tomshardware. It was recommended by one of my friend. ) But it is actually *very* loud. Anyone care to recommend a quite cooler??
