Need recommendation for rack server PSU

I don't need a lot of power, just need a quality supply recommendation. Price is not a major factor either.

System uses on board video, two hard drives, a CD drive, and a few fans. AMD Athlon 64 processor.

It's a standard ATX form factor PSU.

The only caveat is that due to the chassis design, I can not use a PSU with a 120mm fan on the top or bottom. It has to be an 80mm fan in either the front, back, or both.
