Need Recommendation for MPEG Capture Card

I am looking for a good card that can capture video input, both composite and super video along with audio. A TV tuner would be great too. I need a card that can fully run on WinXP. I've seen Pinnacle's StudioTV Pro, and it seems to have problems with WinXP and configuration issues in general. I also wouldn't mind having a card that rips to uncompressed avi since I can recompress using software myself. I've looked around and there are so many brands and various prices. I am looking in the price range of up to $100. Those videos such as ATI All In Wonder are nice, but I don't want to replace my video card. Thanks for any suggestions!! =)

My system is a:
Gateway 700X
Pentium 4 2ghz
256 RDRAM
100 GB UATA100 Hard Drive
40 GB UATA100 Hard Drive
DVD, CDRW,
3 Firewire ports, 6 USB 2.0 ports
Nvidia GeForce 2 MX400 with TV-out and DVI
