I am looking for a multi users Windows base program that track basic customer care issues. Any recommendation? Free is preferred, but paying is not a problem since my company is paying for it.
We actually developed our own in-house program using our SQL server and CFM; however I've recieved a number of adds from Blue Ocean/Intuit for a program called "Track-It."
