Need recomendation of very simple looking web site for business

I need a somewhat simple, "clean" looking website design for my fathers heating/cooling business.

I dont want anything flashy, or complicated looking, just something clean that looks very professional.

Does anyone have any reccomendations of websites I could look at to gain ideas?

Seriusly. If you remove the top portion where the reviews are lying dormant, the site looks very professional.
