Dell 2001FP? At 1600x1200, that's about as good as monitor/TVs get.

Keep in mind that standard-def TV programming invariably looks like *crap* on any sort of computer monitor. A good tv tuner board with proper deinterlacing and scaling can help, but it's still inherently 640x480i video.
