Need reccomendations on a wireless keyboard / touchpad combo

This will be used to control an HTPC from the couch, so a separate KB / mouse is out of the question. I see some going to for close to $100, which is a little rich for my blood considering it's a simple keyboard / touchpad or trackball setup... any good suggestions which won't break the bank?

The adesso 3000ub is an awesome keyboard/trackball. You kinda hold it like a controller when you want to mouse, and just set it in your lap when you need to type. Goes for $60-$70, maybe a little less depending where you go. My only complaint is that the keys feel a little stiff on the keyboard, but that's fine, considering I don't plan on writing up reports with that keyboard.

Also, the Logitech Dinovo Edge also has a touchpad integrated, but after using one briefly, it's nowhere near as comfortable as the adesso, and not worth the price, IMO.
