Need RAM recommendation for E6600 and P5WDH

Here's the scoop...I'm building a new box with an E6600 and P5WDH. Plan to OC from stock 2.4 to 3 GHz (once I reach that, I'm happy).

Will have a strong PSU (OCZ 700W), plenty of cooling in case (P180). Not sure yet of HSF (recommendations welcomed), but something like Scythe Infinity or Ultra 120.

Need RAM recommendation. Not going to say price is no object, but don't want value either.

I am using PQI turbo 667mhz with mine. I'm running it at 690mhz, with my 6600 @3.1ghz. I'm using the Scythe Ninja myself, the Infitity should be slightly better, and the Ultra 120 and Tuniq tower are good as well.

Corsair has been one of the only mfgs to have their RAM compatable with pretty much everything, so I would trust them.
To get to 3ghz, you won't need more than ddr2-800 speeds in 1:1 ratio. You could get 3.2ghz with 400fsb and an 8x multi.
Corsair xms2 2gb ddr2-800 is going for $225 shipped AR @zzf nowadays, pretty good deal.
If you want to save about $15 on the hsf, get the scythe mine for $35 @newegg. It is almost as good as the infinity and as good as the ninja. Otherwise, the infinity is the way to go considering that the tuniq towers are impossible to get.
