Need ram advice on o/c 2.4

ok guys, need some advice on o/c and ram.
here's what i'm building:

abit is7-e
2.4c
stock fan

If i want to o/c this thing over 3.0, what kind of ram do i want?
cheap pc3200? good pc3200? cheap pc3500? good pc3500?

by cheap, im thinking crucial or geil. and by good im thinking corsair or kingston.

and what about all that trouble with pc3200 and the is7?

What's the budget? IMO, the best RAM for 865/875 is the OCZ Gold PC3700. They hit DDR500+ with ease.
